You may cancel your booking up to 5 days before the scheduled tour date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 5 days of the tour date are not eligible for a refund.
2. Rescheduling Policy
If you need to reschedule your tour, you can do so without any additional charges, provided the rescheduling request is made at least 5 days before the tour date. Rescheduling requests made within 5 days of the tour date will be treated as cancellations, and no refund will be provided.
